What You Will Do:

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management System Analyst / Tester local to the National Capital Region, to collaborate with the project team members and Federal client stakeholders to develop and execute test scripts, use cases, and provide overarching testing support that contribute to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mission adoption.  The ideal candidate has experience in system testing with specific experience in developing use cases and user stories in support of overall testing plans for system upgrades, deployments, and or ATO (Authority to Operate) process requirements.  In this role, the candidate will play a key role in executing test scenarios, scripts and test log execution supporting multiple projects within and in support of the organization's ICAM initiative.

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in Federal consulting

  • Experience performing a variety of ICAM and ZTA system test exercises to include but not limited to: script testing, us case development and testing, user story development, and audit log reviews.

  • Analyze ICAM and ZTA applicable IT system test plans for applicable business and system ATO acceptance.

  • Develop ICAM/ZTA requirements into a test plan for execution.

  • Create and manage Test project artifacts within the project scope, schedule, status and documentation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Familiarity with ICAM concepts such as: Identity Governance, PKI, Single Sign On, Federation, Enterprise Directory Architecture, Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Access Request and Certification.

  • Familiarity with ICAM tools such as SailPoint, IdentityIQ, RadiantLogic, CyberArk, and Okta
