 SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Sales (Aquablation Therapy), the Aquablation Clinical Manager (ACM) will be responsible for leading a team of Associate Clinical Representatives (ACR) and Clinical Specialists (CS). As the ACM, you are responsible for coaching and developing the team to include but not limited to: clinical acumen thus ensuring proficiency in solo case coverage, business acumen to include a sound understanding of the business including the hospitals and surgeons alike. This team of ACR’s and CS’s will provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System and provide surgeon and staff training. The major responsibility of the ACM is to lead and direct the clinical team to ensure case coverage throughout the respective Region covered. Responsibilities to support covered cases may go beyond assigned geography. This position plays a critical role in building and developing the clinical team. It is the expectation of this role that the ACM demonstrates a consistent ability to collaborate with all leaders of the business to include the Aquablation Sales Managers (ASM) and Capital Sales Managers (CSM).

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $128,000 - $200,000 a year.

While our ranges are posted, the exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, location or comparison to other employees already in similar roles. In addition to base salary, our positions are eligible for variable compensation through one of our incentive plans as well as equity compensation based on role and level. PROCEPT also offers a comprehensive suite of benefits including, but not limited to, health insurance plans, ESPP, 401k retirement savings plan with a company match, and paid time off programs. All compensation and benefits programs are subject to the discretion of the company.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

 

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
