1) Experience in 3D-Modeling and 2D-drafting, preferably using CREO/ PDM-link
2) Tool Designer, PLC and Robo program knowledge will add advantage
3) Good Technical Knowledge on special equipment’s selection for the process automation deployment like Motor, Safety equipment, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
4)    Ability to discuss with the supplier and share the requirement and guide for the result. 
5)    Good ability to prioritize, resolve issues and drive activities through to completion.
