Job Description Summary:
To provide OhioHealth business units, supply chain partners, affiliates and joint ventures, (hereafter, customer) a primary supply chain support liaison. Primary responsibilities of this position include brokering services provided by the supply chain Centers of Expertise to assigned customer. This position must have executive presence with an extensive communication skill set to proactively identify customer needs, assist in setting priorities, and to guide the execution of developed plans. This resource must maintain a high level of business literacy about customer growth plans, implementation timelines, financial position and strategy. This position influences customer behavior to improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain organization. This position keeps customer updated on supply chain initiatives, policies and procedures. The SCBRM anticipates supply chain business unit gaps and develops and executes action plans, to prevent future problems and to bring about change.Responsibilities And Duties:

Degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare or Business Administration OR 20+ years in a HealthCare or related field. Understanding of Visio, MS Project and MS Office, and other project tools as needed. Experience in management of projects and project management fundamentals. Basic work management organizational skills time management, basic task definition and scheduling. Project management, general management and business Experience The associate project manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project team with project reporting responsibilities to the project sponsors and other project stakeholders for all projects, OR reports to a Lead Project Manager when participating as a technical area project lead on a large scale project or program implementation. The position requires abilities to be able to coordinate the development of supply chain project requirements, scope, project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively integrate activities of project teams with the assistance of other functional area team members, practice managers, and Directors, depending on Experience and the complexity of the project. Additionally, the ability to assemble project teams, lead status meetings, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the project schedule. Knowledge of project management and Experience as a project team lead is strongly preferred. 1 year or more in a project management team lead role or Experience leading projects in a healthcare setting.
