Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP ABAP Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the quality of deliverables and timely project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in leading and managing teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP ABAP solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
