Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Health & Safety Coordinator (Saudi National) to join our team!

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Health and Safety (H&S) Coordinator to work within the dynamic and complex environment of airport and airfield project.

The H&S Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, conducting daily site inspections, and performing monthly compliance audits to maintain high health & safety standards.

This role includes promoting a proactive safety culture, investigating incidents and near-misses, and ensuring for effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in construction activities, including mobile plant equipment operations, lifting operations, working at height, and excavation works and etc.

 

Skills Required

• Strong training capabilities, particularly in health and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
