Manager, Sales Operations

Position Summary
The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for driving sales effectiveness through robust planning, performance tracking, process optimisation, and operational support. This role works closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, improve productivity, and enable the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales planning and forecasting, including pipeline management, target setting, and performance tracking against revenue goals.

  • Analyse sales performance, identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue.

  • Optimise sales processes and systems, ensuring efficient workflows, CRM utilisation, and data accuracy across all sales activities.

  • Support sales strategy execution, including campaign coordination, incentive programs, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, providing timely and accurate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to align on targets, campaigns, and business priorities.

  • Manage sales operations tools and governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.

  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or commercial roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.

  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
