We're looking for an experienced Principal, People Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Leader, you will be part of the P&C Business Partners based in India to develop and implement strategic People and Culture best practices aligned to business growth, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operate as a trusted adviser to senior leaders in our business groups on all people related issues
  • Work with Leaders to coach and advise on workforce planning, organisation design, succession planning and change management.
  • Metrics-driven business consultation to influence and coach leadership on people and leadership trends
  • Deliver programs designed to improve Leadership and Employee performance, productivity and satisfaction
  • Partner with Learning Development teams to create programs that suit the explicit needs of the technical teams
  • Advise leaders in employee life-cycle areas such as hiring, promotions, performance management and terminations in partnership with the CoE’s. 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • 12+ years of People and Culture (HR) experience, including experience providing consultation and influencing Senior Leadership on strategic programs.
  • Experience with global businesses practices and able to integrate programs into a global, scalable framework.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with the ability to work and collaborate with global stakeholders
  • Requires experience as a hands-on HR Business Partner in a complex, high-volume, and scalable environment. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of metrics, drivers and compensation plans and scorecards.
  • Experience driving improvements in organizational effectiveness; ability to apply practices to business needs.  
  • Build relationships with leadership and employees, and excellent in advanced evaluative skills 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field required.
  • Present facts and recommendations with written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft and G-Suite applications.
