1.Collect and analyze historical data for demand planning meeting and procurement/inventory plan;

收集和分析历史数据，为需求规划会议和采购/库存计划提供支持;

2.Facilitate the Demand Planning review with Business Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other related functions on monthly basis, and develop the 18-month rolling sales forecast by product (Approved Demand Statement);

按月与业务运营部，市场部，财务部等等相关职能进行需求计划的审核，并按产品制订18个月滚动销售预测（根据）;

3.Support new product launch, registration renewal for existing products, etc. Ensure the supply is delivered according to the plan;

支持新产品的发布，现有产品注册续期等。确保供应按照计划交付;

4.Manage day-to-day purchasing activities including order place and follow up to ensure orders to be delivered timely;

管理日常采购活动，包括订单安排和跟进，确保订单及时交付;

5.Manage reasonable inventory level, manage excess stock and short shelf life stock to reduce potential write-off cost;

管理库存至最优化水平，管理过剩库存和短缺库存，减少潜在的成本;

6.Work closely with plants to align the net demand and master plan to ensure on time delivery to meet market requirement.与工厂团队合作确保采购计划落实到生产计划，确保按时交货，满足市场的需求。
