Wage (gross) and other rewards:  minimum 1150€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + quarterly bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company

About the role:  

To manage and coordinate hiring and recruitment strategy, related activities, processes and flow and support delivery of demanded headcount for Operations roles in Slovakia plant. To manage variety of services necessary for hiring, administration and employment relationships, preboarding and onboarding phase of newcomers. 

This role is part of the global community of the European GBS (Global Shared Services) Talent Acquisition (TA) team with direct impact on Slovakia location.

  

Your key duties and responsibilities: 

  • To manage execution of local hiring process with focus on Operations roles

  • To coordinate work with Talent Acquisition Assistant and cooperate closely with local People Partners

  • May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors

  • To coordinate job and employer branding and cooperation with local secondary schools and universities and local Labour Office Authority

  • To manage process of posting of job adverts via HR system and job portals / web pages

  • To review delivered CVs and arranging and scheduling interviews

  • Screening and phone communication with candidates and employees

  • Scheduling interview dates and cooperate with superiors / hiring managers

  • Maintaining personal data according to GDPR rules and internal policies in HR system, operate and follow the recruitment system flow

  • Preparation of candidates’ CVs for the interview process

  • To manage interviews and assessment / testing of candidates

  • Communication with candidates about final selection decision and sharing the feedback

  • Constant support of superiors / hiring managers with HR system processes 

  • Documentation and contracts preparation for newcomers - HR employment processes within offer stage, contracts building, termination processes and contract renewals

  • Reporting and analytics and maintaining of HR systems

  • To manage Occupational health preventive medical vendor – as part of precontractual employment relationships

  • Support of onboarding programs

  • Any further support for global TA team and local HR and LT team

About You:

Education / Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in area of Human Resources, Economy field, or Social affairs

  • 2 years’ experience in HR department and hiring process preferably in production (nice to have)

  • A solid knowledge of recruitment strategy, processes and flow

  • Ability to manage and coordinate recruitment projects with local market specifics, demands/timelines.

  • Skills in Data Reporting and Analytics and Talent Management

  • Knowledge of recruitment/ hiring process, HR processes, SK Labor Code - is advantage

  • English level B2

  • MS Office
