What you'll do...
Role summary:The (USA) Specialist, Security plays a critical role in analyzing and reporting security-related data to support informed decision-making. This position collaborates with internal teams to identify reporting needs, compiles and presents analytical findings, and ensures timely resolution of issues. The role involves conducting data mining, trend analysis, and developing solutions to enhance security processes. The Specialist leads and participates in cross-functional teams, promotes compliance with company policies, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to effectively serve business partners and contribute to organizational goals.
About the team:The Crisis Support team operates 24/7 to monitor and report critical incidents globally, including infrastructure challenges, security threats, and natural disasters. This team is essential in protecting associates, assets, and company reputation by coordinating prompt responses and managing security operations. Working closely with internal and external partners, the team ensures adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Their expertise supports emergency management, security oversight, and investigative efforts, fostering a secure environment aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
What you'll do: - Intaking daily incidents reported by facilities and communicate critical information to stakeholders
- Maintaining and upholding department standards for metrics and customer service level expectations.
- Assisting with investigations on emerging facts and analysis of trends, data, and potential impacts
- Creating departmental related reports (for example, emergency alerts, situational summaries, data summaries)
- Fulfilling requests for information from various requestors (for example, Legal Department, Human Resources, external agencies)
- Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity
- Supporting the implementation of business solutions through testing and continuous feedback
What you'll bring: - 1-year experience in intelligence, corporate security, law enforcement, or related field.
- 1-year experience using a business intelligence (BI) tool (for example, Oracle) to create reports to specifications.
- 1-year experience using descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, or univariate analyses.
- 1-year experience using in-database analytics, SQL, or similar programming languages to retrieve, merge, and clean data from multiple sources or platforms.
- Associate’s degree in statistics, analytical studies, information systems, industrial engineering, economics, or related field.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
