The Product Training Coordinator will handle multiple functions that range from coordinating the acquisition of training materials for course conduct, scheduling meals for classes both locally and in location, and ensuring each training customer is properly taken care of. The Product Training Coordinator is the primary interface with the customer prior to the physical training. Their main responsibility is ensuring a positive customer experience.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinate catering for all classes conducted.

  • Participate and schedule meetings while supporting daily activities for each class and instructor.

  • Communicate with external and internal customers to ensure training is achieved to their standards and requirements. Support customers with questions about our product offerings and issues encountered with enrollments in classes and computer-based learning by answering training emails and voicemails.

  • Collaborate with department head on budget restrictions, scheduling concerns, and the day-to-day operations of the product training team.

  • Order and maintain appropriate levels of supplies for classes and building including student manuals/schematics, PPE, branded merchandise, snacks, drinks, and janitorial supplies.

  • Support and host both internal and external customer visits.

  • Maintain KPI data.

  • Track and invoice pay by account orders.

  • Compile monthly finance reports including credit card sales and customers invoiced.

  • Acquire machines for classes when needed by coordinating consignments and rentals.

  • Interface with cleaning and maintenance crews to maintain training center.

  • Ensure positive customer experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.

  • One (1) year of experience in a related field.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal and written communications.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.

  • This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.

  • Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.

  • Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.

  • Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:

$51,400.00 - $79,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
