Responsibilities
•Process all Customer orders, changes and reschedules into Oracle, received from the customer.
•Follow up of customer portals requirements.
•Interact with CSR for order discrepancy resolution.
•Validate for accuracy all data entry for 100% quality.
•Attend the daily Order Entry reports in order to achieve the goal metrics.
•Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Order Entry Supervisor.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
•Data Entry experience preferred. Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
•Ability to work with speed and accuracy in production environment.
Skills & Competencies
•Flexibility in other assignments and able to multi-task.
•Proven track record of high performance
•Demonstrated ability to accept new ideas, engage in both critical and systemic thinking
•Must have a customer-first approach to all initiatives
•Ability to evaluate relevant information to determine compliance with standards.
•Strong organization, planning and time management skills.
•Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers, managers and business partners
•Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
