■Job Description
As the IT Delivery Manager at Mujin, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, services, and support within Japan. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services and the successful execution of IT projects. You will work closely with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IT solutions. This role reports directly to the IT Division Head (Global) to align the IT Roadmap with global objectives and maintain high standards of service.
■Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
-Lead and coordinate multiple IT teams and resources to achieve operational and project goals.
-Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
-Provide status updates and reports to the IT Division Head and local Japan stakeholders.
IT Infrastructure Management:
-Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
-Implement and maintain best practices for IT operations and support.
IT Services and Support:
-Manage and enhance IT support services to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
-Monitor ticket backlogs, maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensure adherence to service quality standards.
Project Steering and Monitoring:
-Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
-Align IT project roadmaps with the global IT division’s strategies and priorities.
Strategic Alignment:
-Work closely with the IT Division Head (Global) to ensure local IT initiatives are aligned with global IT strategies.
-Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, service performance, and infrastructure status.
Continuous Improvement:
-Identify opportunities for improvement in IT processes, services, and infrastructure.
-Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Ensure policy and procedures are in place that are aligned to international standards such as ISO 270001.
