We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and ambitious Marketing Manager to own and scale key marketing efforts, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and drives tangible results. As part of our marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in establishing Humaans as the go-to HRIS for companies that care about both their people and their performance.
Drive Brand Awareness and Engagement
You’ll own social media management, crafting and executing strategies to amplify Humaans’ presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and more. You’ll ensure our voice resonates with HR leaders and business decision-makers.
Lead Content Marketing Efforts
Develop a content calendar to support our marketing goals, from blogs and white-papers to case studies and customer stories. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver content that drives traffic and leads.
Master SEO and Organic Growth
Implement SEO strategies that elevate Humaans’ search visibility and ranking, using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Orchestrate Email Campaigns
Create and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture relationships with prospects and customers, driving engagement and conversions at every stage of the funnel.
Shape Paid Advertising Success
Manage ad copy and creative for paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, focusing on delivering exceptional ROI. You’ll constantly experiment with messaging, formats, and targeting to optimize performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
Proven Marketing Experience
4-6 years in marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in social media, content, SEO, email, and paid ads.
Creative Yet Analytical
A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making, with a proven track record of campaigns that drive measurable results.
Exceptional Copywriting Skills
Ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.
Results-Oriented Mindset
Strong focus on delivering outcomes, with experience in running campaigns that meet or exceed key performance indicators.

This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
