A Day in the Life

＜職務内容＞

JOB TITLE: Associate Quality Systems Specialist         

DEPARTMENT:  QA Quality Management 

REPORTING TO:  Sr. QS Manager (Toru Tsuboi)

＜担当業務＞

下記に必ずしも限定されませんが、主な担当業務は以下の通りです：

• QMS省令・ISO13485に基づくQMS文書・記録の管理。および本業務に係わる部門・部署のユーザーの支援業務。また、米国本社の作成した文書の国内適用と使用のための文書管理業務
• QMSに係わる教育訓練の管理業務。ユーザーサポートを含む。
• 規制当局・認証機関による外部監査等の受審とその支援業務
• 内部監査の受審および実施支援業務
• 海外のグループ会社が運営する組織とのQMS業務に関して連携。外部委託の管理業務。
• その他QMSの工程の運用の支援業務

差別化要因

QMSの担当者として、マネジャー等の上位職の指示に従い業務を独立して実施する能力が求められます。また関連部門や規制当局などの外部機関との担当者としてのコミュニケーションも必要とされます。

組織への影響: 通常小規模であまり複雑ではないプロジェクト、または関連活動などの範囲の限られた仕事を遂行します。

確立されている工程であっても、業務上で発生する課題や問題点を解決する能力を発揮することが期待されます。また、上長の指示と監督のもと、新たな工程を確立するもしくは変更する業務を行うこともあります。

イノベーションと複雑さ: 直ちに明白ではないが、困難ではないもしくは複雑でない問題を特定・定義し、これに対応します。

システムとプロセスにマイナーな変更を加え、問題を解決します。

＜必要な教育と経験＞

４年制の大学の卒業・学士以上。医療機器でのQA・QMS業務の3年以上の経験。英語でのコミュニケーションが基本的なビジネスのライティングや会話が行える能力。
