The Job At-A-Glance:

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing various marketing and communication initiatives to promote our brand and drive engagement. This role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a knack for crafting compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.

A Typical Day:

  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for various marketing materials, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications and marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging strategy.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
