Summary:
The OneDigital Central Region is seeking to add a results-driven Regional Marketing Director to our lineup. As a key stakeholder on the Central leadership team, this individual will focus on deploying OneDigital’s brand, solutions, and assets within the region [Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas] to support the growth, expansion, and loyalty of OneDigital’s client base. The Regional Marketing Director is a growth champion who actively supports the Central regional team to achieve revenue and retention goals. As regional marketing director, you will develop innovative marketing strategies to differentiate OneDigital in the market, leveraging brand awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, events, and more. As the leader of a strong regional marketing team, the regional marketing director will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with marketing managers and specialists and sales and market leaders to ensure dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention in the region. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $125,000 per year
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
