What would you do? As an AI Product Manager at Seniority Level 7 (Manager) in Accenture, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-driven products and solutions that address complex client needs. This role involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution. You will bridge technical and business domains, translating client requirements into actionable AI product features, prioritizing development tasks, and driving the adoption of machine learning, generative AI, and agentic systems. You require to internal and external competitive product analysis, socialize the tool once built, and build the delivery pipelines. At this level, you will manage end-to-end product lifecycles, oversee project delivery, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with Accenture’s strategic goals while delivering measurable business value through ethical and impactful AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities: Expertise in product management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean, with a focus on AI and machine learning product development. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic systems. Proficiency in defining and prioritizing product features, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value propositions for diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers to develop and deploy AI-driven products at scale. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services for building and deploying solutions. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the AI domain. Familiarity with ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and bias mitigation strategies. Proven leadership and mentoring skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive project success. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical teams with business objectives. "
