What you’ll be doing

The Director, Digital Media Operations & Enablement is responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of the bank’s digital media ecosystem. This role oversees vendor relationships and contract processes for key third-party media technology partners, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and the delivery of measurable value across all engagements. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital paid media initiatives are executed to the highest standards of digital privacy and consent, aligning with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.  Additionally, this role is accountable for establishing and managing robust tracking and measurement processes within the paid media consent environment, ensuring optimal digital media tracking, performance and reporting of campaign effectiveness.

How you’ll succeed

  • Digital Media & Consent Leadership: Serve as the bank’s subject matter expert for all aspects of paid media digital consent and compliance, ensuring paid media is deployed based on regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Governance of Paid Media Technologies: Implement and maintain rigorous governance for all trackable technologies used in paid media, such as cookies, pixels, and ad tags, ensuring proper consent management and data handling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital, Privacy, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to interpret and operationalize paid media privacy & tracking requirements, ensuring alignment and compliance throughout all paid media initiatives.  Enhance ongoing partnerships while participating in joint day-to-day gating processes, investigations, etc.
  • Training and Enablement: Drive awareness and understanding of paid media digital consent and compliance obligations within marketing and media teams, supporting the bank’s commitment to responsible paid media practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying ongoing opportunities for process improvements and optimization in addressing any advancements in digital paid media deployment.  Continuously monitor and enforce privacy standards across paid media campaigns, adapting processes to reflect regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

Who you are

  • Digital Media Expert – You must demonstrate experience in planning, managing, and optimizing the execution of substantial digital media budgets end-to-end including the planning, delivery, tracking, and analysis of paid digital media initiatives. Must have in-depth understanding of digital paid media consent best practices across all partners (Meta, Google) & . Tracking Technologies (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Cookies, Marketing and Advertising Pixels and best practices.
