Join our Finance team as a Sr. Analyst, Accounts Payable Brazil and help drive efficiency and accuracy in our payment processes. Collaborate across departments, resolve vendor issues, and contribute to automation and compliance initiatives.

As a Sr. Analyst, Accounts Payable Brazil, you will support the AP strategy by ensuring efficient and accurate payment processes for Brazil. Coordinate daily payment files, manage advances, resolve payment issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

This role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

What will you do: 

• Collaborate with technical, manufacturing, quality, and customer support groups to complete/develop product standard documentation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites.
• Maintain and update the Ingredion and customer portals with quality documentation.
• Organize and manage all quality documentation and standard letters.
• Ensure documentation responses to customer requests are complete and prioritized.

What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in SAP, CONCUR, ESKER, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Experience in a Shared Services environment (preferred).
