The Senior Analyst, Job Evaluation is responsible for performing job evaluations across the Qantas group using the appropriate methodology in line with corporate policy, frameworks and associated enterprise agreements. The role prepares best practice position descriptions capturing accurate roles and responsibilities whilst ensuring job architectures and profiles are accurate.
The successful candidate will conduct Dispute Resolution Support and provide expert advice where disputes arise with multiple enterprise agreements and with corporate frameworks. You will be the key point of contact in large scale projects and guide business leaders on position descriptions, modern awards and job evaluations.
What you’ll bring to the role:
5+ years of HR related experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR business or related discipline
An understanding of Korn Ferry or Hay evaluation methodology
Demonstrated ability to work within a highly industrialised landscape
Extensive experience in job evaluation and an ability to successfully combine knowledge and disciplines
High level understanding of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Solid analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise diverse business projects and have excellent relationship management skills
