Within GTM Data & Insights, the Sales BMS & Reporting team plays a critical role in enabling the Commercial organization with trusted, actionable and decision-ready sales data & insights.

We own the sales reporting ecosystem and partner closely with business stakeholders and BI teams to deliver scalable and centralized reporting solutions.

Our mission is to strengthen data confidence; reduce complexity and empower the sales community with insights that drive performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and structure sales reporting strategic initiatives and projects.

Our objective is to standardize definitions, streamline the reporting landscape, and increase adoption of centrally provided solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of data, business, technology and who is motivated by continuous improvement and real business impact—coordinating conceptual work, development planning and end‑to‑end deployment activities.

KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project management execution for the Sales BMS & Reporting team

  • Own and maintain Plan of Action (POA)

  • Manage metrics and KPIs

  • Establish and maintain governance with key stakeholders

  • Define and manage project release scope, timelines, backlogs and intake of new requests in collaboration with product owners

  • Facilitate internal communication and effective cross‑team collaboration

  • Provide frequent project status reporting, identify risks, issues and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation strategies.

  • Seek guidance and drive decision‑making when required

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent experience

  • Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to execute priorities in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong communication skills, including executive‑level status reporting and stakeholder management

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification, automation and standardization

Additional recommended skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally with Scrum Master certification

  • Prior experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role in finance/data/reporting or sales operations

  • Business Intelligence background

  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
