Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs and projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to project team members. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. - Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in program and project management. - Additional responsibility 1: Mentor and coach junior professionals in program and project management. - Additional responsibility 2: Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in delivering and managing programs and projects. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. - Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE Btech is required.
