We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Servicing team to be based in Marsh Risk Philippines. This is a hybrid role that requires close working with the Energy & Power regional team who sits in Singapore and opportunities to be exposed in handling complex project financed international Energy and Power insurance programs across different product lines of insurance . This role requires at least three days a week in the office.
As an Assistant Vice President, Client Servicing, you will provide essential support to the broking and client servicing team managing Marsh ‘s key Energy and power clients insurance policies. You will coordinate policy documentation, liaise with insurance carriers and internal teams, and ensure compliance and timely processing of premiums and claims.
We will count on you to:
Support the broking and client servicing team for key regional clients’ policies including Property Damage & Business Interruption, Third Party Liability, and Construction
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of policy documentation, slips, and endorsements
Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate policy renewals, claims, and servicing needs
Manage lenders’ documentation ensuring compliance and timely updates
Track premium payment collection and ensure adherence to payment terms
Review and resolve technical questions from insurers, credit control, and claims teams
Maintain tracking systems to monitor policy documentation progress and perform quality control checks
Accurately input premiums and claims data into the master database and manage Suspense and Engineering Funds accounts
Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence related to insurance coverage
Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to the client’s insurance program
What you need to have:
Basic understanding of Construction and Operational Power lines of business
Prior experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance market
Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
