The Business Operations Business Analyst will be part of the Embedded Business Unit’s (EBU) Business Operations team.  You will be responsible for New product introduction (NPI) sample management, Product notification, Cost and inventory management for the automotive, industrial, medical, military, consumer, and distribution markets.
In this role, you will drive optimization of EBU’s NPI samples, cost, inventory to align with corporate goals.

You will collaborate with various groups within Micron. You will explore and introduce new and creative ideas and support strategies that help the business grow efficiently, effectively, and profitably.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Own EBU on time sample delivery KPI
  • Lead internal NPI sample communication and Prioritization process
  • Drive continuous improvement of EBU NPI sample process
  • Support Corporate level initiatives related to NPI process
  • Work internally with GSM NPI on the inventory build plan
  • Weekly review Demand status with GSC & cross functional team to discuss delay/changes to the plan
  • Manage NPI demands status and allocate inventory to NPI
  • Manage NPI to HVM transition including seedstock planning and aged material disposition
  • Develop and manage inventory management strategies and processes to support business unit and corporate objectives
  • Support EBU Inventory management including Die-bank aged and Back End/Finish Goods inventory disposition
  • Manage Product Notification process including providing input, , and maintaining PCN metrics

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or another related discipline; a Technical degree and/or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering, business operations, supply chain, cost, finance or related area 
  • Strong analytical abilities, including synthesizing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translating data into meaningful strategies for Management
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team projects and programs
  • Able to see the big picture while paying attention to detail
