The Trade Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of client transactions, ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, adherence to regulatory mandates, and continuous interaction with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Transaction Processing:
    • Timely and accurate processing of all types of client transactions (e.g., order entry, trade confirmation, settlement processing).
    • Verification of the correctness and completeness of documentation related to transactions.
    • Interaction with counterparties and internal departments to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Prompt response to client inquiries and provision of necessary information within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Resolution of issues and problems related to transactions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Maintaining professional and courteous communication with clients.
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
    • Strict adherence to all corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensuring that all operations comply with departmental and company internal procedures.
    • Participation in audits and reviews, providing necessary information.
  • Execution of Manager's Assignments:
    • Timely and high-quality execution of tasks and assignments given by the direct manager.
    • Proactive communication with the manager regarding task status and potential risks.
  • Participation in Departmental Processes:
    • Active participation in improving operational processes, identifying, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
    • Collaboration with other departments (e.g., Compliance, Risk Management, IT) to ensure a comprehensive approach to operational activities.
    • Involvement in the training and development of new team members.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
