We have an exciting opportunity for an OSINT Analyst to support a large IC program. The OSINT Analyst will be responsible for testing news tools/methods, developing open-source collection policies and tradecraft, teaching open-source policy and tradecraft. The OSINT Analyst will support the customer in initiating outreach, completing RFIs, providing consistent communication with OSINT customer base, building relationships with internal/external partners, and assisting executives with the overall direction of the organization. A selected candidate will be responsible for supporting executive level officials with creating PowerPoint presentations, editing graphics in PowerPoint slides, drafting/editing reports/policies/SOPs, taking meeting minute notes. The OSINT Analyst may be expected to represent executives at working meetings and various functions. Excellent communication skills, OSINT experience, and being a self-starter are mandatory in order to be successful in this position.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of internet infrastructure and protocols.
  • Deep understanding of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 applications and platforms.
  • Candidates must have a significant experience in open-source intelligence collection and analysis.
  • Candidates must have a fundamental understanding of cryptocurrency and block chain analysis.
  • Strong research skills in both classified and unclassified environments.
  • Ability to create open-source collection reports and translate complex concepts in a concise format for customers.
  • Ability to brief high level and granular concepts to executive officials and students.
  • Strong public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently or at the direction of executive officers.
  • Demonstrate initiative to discover creative solutions and foster partnerships.
  • Relevant exposure to US foreign policy, national security CT objectives, and the interagency coordination process.
  • Strong organizational skills, and strong attention to detail are mandatory skills to be successful in this position.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities as needed.
  • Ability to apply extensive knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and corporate writing standards in order to edit reports.
  • Experience in drafting, editing, designing, developing training slide decks and training materials.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook.
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Desired Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of HTML and JSON
  • Familiarity with Wordpress

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
