We are looking for a Cold Chain Logistics Professional who will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of our logistics solutions for reefer customers. This role oversees the full 3PL warehousing setup, ensuring that temperature‑controlled cargo is handled, stored, and delivered according to our quality and service standards.
The position ensures seamless coordination between warehouse operations, transport partners, and customers to guarantee timely and compliant delivery of goods.

Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management). Includes all kinds of warehouses like CFS, CY, inland depot / warehouses, bonded warehouses, etc. whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.
Professional stream includes those who are individual contributors with main emphasis on applying technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people to achieve results – although coaching/mentoring less experienced staff, informal supervisory responsibilities, or overseeing work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and program are common.

Individual work ranges from setting objectives and delivering on own work responsibilities to being a leading expert within a given field and influencing long term tactical decisions of the organization.

Progression within this stream reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management capability, and the ability to influence others.
A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks. Knowledge is required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes.

Solutioning is through a choice between known alternatives, within the area of expertise and the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the solution.
The job requires previous work experience in a related area, or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.

Leaders at this level manage employees day-to-day and set priorities to ensure task completion.

Role Purpose and Description

Position in charge of the 3PL operations for main customers at the 3PL Warehouse Team. Role in this position is to take care of all operation aspects of several tasks and provide an efficient / professional and high-quality service to our customers in accordance with Maersk standards and procedures.
You will be involved in the day-to-day operation for one of Maersk main customer, supervising the execution in Barcelona.
Being the operation first point of contact for many stakeholders, you will be asked to take quick and accurate decision onsite.

Principal Tasks

1. Assisting colleagues with 3PL Operation for one of the main account
• Closely follow the delivery process for the customer
• Be in contact with the customers and inform them on time.
• Close collaboration with other Maersk operation and sales colleagues involved.
• Monitor all documentation received and needed for invoicing / customs
• Close follow up with warehouses of the execution
• Inventory and Stock management closely monitored
2. Assisting colleagues with 3PL Invoicing
• Provide invoice on time for each customer
• Follow up with payment if necessary supporting finance department
3. Monitor our 3PL vendors and the execution quality.
• Follow up the process in place and quality of the execution
• Closely collaborate with vendor to have all the necessary information
4. Continuous Improvement
• Ensure full IOP is in place and reflecting current operation procedure
• Closely collaborate with standardisation and automation projects

Learnings

Know from the inside the Maersk Operations for some main customer
• Understand all WnD processes that are being followed
• Use of FACT related system
• Interact with diverse type of customer & stakeholders.
• Be part of the Integrator Strategy of Maersk

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in Operation – Customer Operation for 3PL
• Solid Knowledge of the process involved in 3PL Execution.
• Very good command of Spanish and English
• Very organized, sense of urgency, multitask person analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Tools (Excel, Power Point, PBI etc…)
• Good communication skills
• 2-5 Year in a similar position
