Performs all related claims facilitating tasks, primarily, REVIEW OF ALL OUSTANDING CLAIMS as well as receiving and releasing of claim documents and checks to clients, advisors & other departments in SL, claim record creation, handling of claims & maturity payments; preparation of check requests, monitoring reports and letters and attending to claim notification and inquiries (email & phone).

Preferred skills/knowledge

• Knowledge of life insurance basic concepts and operations.
• Excel

Qualifications

• Mininum Typical Experience

• Graduate of a 4-year course
