A Day in the Life

As an Intern in the Sales Operations & Business Projects team, you will support the execution of key operational initiatives and business projects designed to improve commercial efficiency and team productivity. Your contributions will help optimize sales processes, enhance data quality, and support the implementation of digital tools and process improvements.


You will collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams, gaining practical experience in analytics, project coordination, and business operations within a large, dynamic organization.
  
Internship Details
•    Start Date: May 2026
•    Location: Poland
•    Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
•    Working Time: 30 hours per week (with flexibility)
•    Work model: remote


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Contributing to business projects focused on digitalization, process automation, and sales tool optimization
•    Preparing analyses and reports, collecting and structuring commercial data
•    Collaborating with sales teams and other departments to gather information and support process consistency
•    Monitoring process compliance and supporting initiatives related to data quality and process improvements
 
Required Knowledge and Skills: 
•    Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
•    Fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
•    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with large datasets and prepare analyses
•    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
•    High motivation to learn and interest in sales operations, business analysis, or project management
 
Would be a plus: 
•    Studying economics, management, business analytics, quantitative methods, industrial engineering, or a related field
•    Exposure to databases, analytical tools, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
•    Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall) and interest in process automation or digital tools used in commercial organizations
•    Ability to work effectively in a team and a proactive approach to problem solving

Pay range: 40 PLN gross per hour
