Why this role is important to us?

Associate Integration Services Engineer is an entry level technical position within Infobip Integrations Engineering. The role works under the supervision of a mentor and senior team members and is primarily focused on learning how to design, develop, and integrate custom solutions for customers and Infobip products.
You will learn how to be a tech savvy engineer skilled with coding, database, cloud solutions and networking.
 

Assist the team in providing custom Integration Services to new and existing customers.
· Help design custom solutions and define low-level solution integration requirements.
· Develop customizations and integrate Infobip Products with the clients’ systems (in-house solutions, APIs, cloud platforms, SaaS and other).
· Participate in meetings with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.
· Act as 3rd line support for custom solutions and integrations.
· Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction during integration projects.
 

Qualifications

You are the right person for us if you have:
· Basic experience with REST and SOAP API development.
· Fundamental knowledge in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
· Understanding of network communication protocols like HTTP or SMPP.
· Understanding the basic concepts of XML, JSON and SFTP.
· You are constantly learning and challenging yourself about new technologies and use cases from different industries.
· You speak English fluently and can communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues alike.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and patience.
 

It's a plus if you have:
· Basic experience with cloud hosting solutions such as Amazon Web Services(AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
· Basic experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL, Oracle and others.
· Experience in system integration and solution design.
· Experience with basic system and network troubleshooting
