Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, modernization, and global delivery of Amgen’s enterprise resilience capabilities. This role will lead the end-to-end BCDR service and plays a meaningful role in driving the multi-functional Global Business Resilience Network (GBRN) – in partnership with Global Security and Enterprise Risk Management – ensuring the organization can effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events impacting people, operations, technology, and critical business processes.
This role is being established to lead a material transformation of the BCDR service, driven by increased strategic expectations, rapidly growing global scope, and workforce growth. You will define and implement a modern service strategy and operating model, innovate new ways to deliver the service using automation and AI-enabled capabilities, and standardize global practices to improve resilience maturity, scalability, and business alignment.

Basic Qualifications:
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 4 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above
Preferred Qualifications:
·In-depth knowledge of enterprise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs and best practices
·Experience designing and operating global service models and governance frameworks
·Strong understanding of Business Impact Analysis and critical process/system dependencies
·Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior business and technology leaders
·Experience integrating Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery with crisis management, emergency management, or enterprise risk programs
·Experience leveraging automation, AI, or analytics to improve operational or risk management services
·Experience with BC/DR platforms, system integrations, or ServiceNow
·Experience operating in regulated or highly controlled environments
·Experience with shared services or global delivery models

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
