JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To be responsible execute the commercial plan for the MIST countries, leading the team to achieve the challenging business targets and goals. Develop, Manage and drive relationships with distributors and implement business process to build and expand market share and profit.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the commercial activities for the business unit in MIST countries (~$12MM annual revenue) through disbtibutors and/or direct sales.
  • Achieve sales objectives, manage budget, maintain accounts and manage time indenpendently, keep business manager apprised of critical decisions.
  • Channel management – manage and drive relationships with distributors to develop and grow MDx business.
  • Analyze and report market condition that affetc trend, account status, market potential, competitor’s strategy and pricing.
  • Identify and establish the relationship with dicision-makers in the local health care system, such as KOLs, molucular experts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Set plan for the employeess, coach them to achieve their goal and help them to be developed.  
  • Inspire the team and operate in a legal and ethical manner ensuring that products and service are marketed in accordance with compliance requriement.
  • Perform other activities or special projects as assigned by the management and/or instructured by direct manager.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in science, MBA preferrable.
  • 10 years and above experience at diagnostics filed for sales, marketing, customer support or service
  • Thorough knowledge of laboratory instrument and working process.
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills to facilitate implementation of complex technical solutions and must possess independent decision-making skill
