Responsibilities and Time Allocation:
Marketing & Client Acquisition (≈20%)
Develop and implement annual marketing plan, contact prospects, coordinate seminars, leverage networks, implement referral programs, manage social media and advertising.
Financial Planning & Advice (≈25%)
Gather client data, create planning deliverables, conduct meetings, track actions, answer client questions.
Product Solutions (≈25%)
Assess risk tolerance, recommend portfolios, execute trades, monitor markets, manage wholesaler relationships.
Business Management & Client Care (≈15%)
Review processes, delegate tasks, maintain client systems, ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
College degree or higher
2+ years of similar experience
Must obtain or be able to study for and pass:
Series 7
Series 66
State life, accident, and health insurance licenses
