The role 
The challenges that will allow you to grow: 

We are looking for a Summer Packager in Little Chute.  

The Packager position ensures the final product produced is packaged in the most sanitary and efficient way possible to meet customer needs and the overall goals of the organization. The Packager will work in all areas of the packaging as needed assisting each role of department.

• Only work 7 out of 14 days

• 3-day weekend every other weekend

• Double time on Sundays

• NIGHT SHIFT: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 Schedule

• This is a temporary role expected to take place May - August 2026.

Profile sought 
What you bring to grow with us: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing packaging experience preferred

Where you’ll be working:

Our Little Chute, WI, plant is home to about 95 employees. This facility is a top manufacturer of IQF sticks that are supplied to the appetizer industry. Next to the plant is our well-known Simon’s Specialty Cheese store, which has about 20 employees. Simon’s is a Wisconsin-themed store, with everything from meats and cheese to clothing and craft spirits.

Cheese focus: Agropur’s US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year.  The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
