As a Senior Systems Operations Analyst reporting to Tadas Šaltenis, you’ll play a critical role in supporting global business operations, ensuring system stability, and enabling seamless application performance across Nasdaq’s 24/6 environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the health, performance, and capacity of production systems in a 24/7 environment.
  • Configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack and respond to system- or application‑generated alerts.
  • Collaborate with global teams and developers to resolve operational incidents and improve workflows.
  • Create, update, and optimize operational documentation, procedures, and automation-focused processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in systems operations, infrastructure support, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions.
  • Proficiency with Linux, scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.), and automation/configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Git).
  • Clear and effective communicator who performs well in fast‑paced, global, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant technical certifications (Linux, cloud, automation, etc.).
  • Experience with networking fundamentals, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.

This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM.
