About the Role
Leading an operation team to achieve all business targets, plan capacity daily and intra - day based on tasks required and allocate/reallocate resources, accordingly, also taking up some departmental functions, such as training, team building, MI report etc., and to fulfill further operational requirements and accumulate cross-team cooperation experience.Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of quality assurance programs to ensure operational and service standards.
• Review processes, manuals and complaints to identify risks and improvement areas, and recommend necessary enhancements.
• Assist in monitoring action item implementation.
• Participate in process improvement tasks to enhance efficiency and support business goals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and auditors to maintain effective communication.
• Review brokers’ due‑diligence questionnaires.
• Conduct background checks, including name screening and IA licence verification.
• Perform annual reviews for existing CS brokers.
• Maintain broker profiles and issue licence codes.
• Suspend or terminate broker licences.
• Handle tasks assigned by the manager to meet business needs.
• Ensure work is well planned and executed to meet service and business targets.
• Support the Manager in developing policies and control systems to drive productivity, operational effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in optimising workforce utilisation through established operating models.
• Help uphold a positive OSSC image internally and externally.
• Develop manuals, streamline workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead service improvement and manage service cost.
• Implement best practices to reduce cost.
• Work with business units and support teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects professionally.
Requirements:
• College graduated.
• 3 years working experience in financial institution,2-4 years of audit, compliance governance experience, relevant experience in agency/broker registration / contracting area.
• Demonstrated understanding of the due diligence process, showcasing expertise in analysis and documentation in order to identify risks and make recommendations.
• Good command of written English & Chinese.
