Job Title: Insights Analytics Analyst

Location: Bengaluru-Manyata Tech Park

Our team is composed of data and Analytics engineers, data scientists, and leaders, who bring in the right mix of skills. We also work very closely with our business and operations colleagues to support these services which are critical to the Australian and Global economy.

Impact & Contribution:
The role involves working closely with multiple teams like marketing, partnership teams, CEE teams, technology and CDAO to deliver partnership offers. Passionate about customers and the opportunity to build trust and customer advocacy through data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analysis to help answer questions.
• Conduct analysis to understand customer behaviours, customer profiles, product performance, etc.
• Liaise with analytics users, data experts to ensure insights are useful and add value to the business.
• Utilise additional/external sources of information to generate further insight.
• Use new tools and techniques to broaden my learning.
• Transform data into stories through effective use of data visualization, simplification and understanding of intended audiences.
• Present insights to facilitate discussion about key metrics.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Skilled in one or several key Analytical skills such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI or other data analytical tools
• Competent analytical skills, able to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant, actionable insights.
• Can correctly analyse and interpret results and apply standard analytical techniques.
• Ability to deliver high quality, accurate and on-time insights and analytics.
• Good problem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments.
• Good written and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to groups.
• An ability to master new tools as required.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Outcome orientated, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results.
• Ability to negotiate on delivery timelines and communicate to stakeholders on trade-offs and benefits.
• Translates findings into actionable insights for the business.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
