Key Accountabilities 

- Support the management of a Change through the course of its lifecycle.
- Support the preparation for the Change Advisory Boards to assess changes’ impact, implementation, test and rollback plans.
- Help to prevent Incidents Caused by Change.
- Document Changes’ Post Implementation Review.
- Ensuring resources are aligned with the highest-value opportunities.
- Reporting and regularly review Change Management performance and quality.
- Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning Change Management.
- Work with the Process owners for Problem and Incident management to identify improvements to the processes and develop metrics to support them.

 

Profile and Skills

- Degree in Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in other related field - IEFP Level VI
- Basic knowledge of IT software and hardware.
- Great communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Critical-thinking and organizational skills.
- Ownership and initiative.
- Team player.
- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
- Solution-oriented mindset and able to provide recommendations for the process.
- Excellent analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Able to generate reports for KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration, customer service, and communication skills to work in a team environment.
- Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
