1.制定、提出区域耗品销售计划并保持与公司目标一致;
2.执行和监管耗品销售计划以达到符合道德合规标准的高投资回报率;
3.协助建立并实施管理层制定的耗品销售策略,协助制定业务计划,准备指定区域内的耗品销售预测和预算;
4.向下属获取相关数据,确定商业机会并查明问题领域;
5.确定每个下属的个人耗品销售目标并评估其绩效;
6.有效地定期组织管理会议;
7.拜访重点医院和医生,与重点客户及经销商保持密切联系,确保提供高质量的服务,保证客户满意度;
8.全面掌握公司产品、销售区域、市场和竞争者的相关知识。
