Supporting the production and testing of the France applications AS400 France, Phoenix and Pharmaone testing with minimal SME assistance. 
Modifies code, programs, tests, debugs, create RCA, automation and help in documentation work.
Providing day to day production supportfor applications through bug- fixes, change requests, enhancements, dataanalysis and maintenance.
Assist the team in technical and skill development program.
Creating RCA document for the highpriority tickets and propose the process and service improvements and reviewthem
Adhere process documents like Incidentstatus trackers, Timesheets, Root Cause Analysis Documents, Shift RotationMatrix, Issue logs etc.
Study and review the systems to improvethe understanding of them.
Identify the cumbersome tasks whichrequire automation and automate them.
Create an SME knowledge and documentrepository for the applications
Other duties from time to time as determined by the Leads.
