RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively. 
•    Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs. 
•    Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions. 
•    Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions. 
•    Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures. 
•    Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency. 
•    Review non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. 
•    Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators. 
•    Oversee operator/DC staff performance to ensure adherence to standards. 
•    Update work instructions and processes per customer or operational requirements. 
•    Achieve customer KPIs, departmental KPIs, and support business targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
•    Education: from college in related field.
•    Experience: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (bonded WH is one plus).
•    Experienced in working with warehouse operating systems such as WMS, TMS, etc.
•    Location: prefer candidate who lives in Hai Phong or candidate willing to relocate to near the warehouses.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
•    Flexible, team-oriented, and able to communicate across all levels.
