Role overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Finance Enabler to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial excellence, fostering best practices, and identifying new opportunities across the PDS and WD Finance organization. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional with a passion for continuous improvement, technology adoption, and exceptional skills in creating impactful financial presentations using PowerPoint. This position will play a key role in elevating the quality and effectiveness of financial communications within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Best Practice Sharing:

  • Identify, document, and disseminate financial best practices
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge depository for finance processes and systems
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share insights and promote standardization
  • Establish and manage a peer review process for key financial deliverables
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve financial processes and outputs

New Opportunities:

  • Proactively identify areas for financial optimization and process improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging financial approach
  • Propose and drive innovative solutions to enhance financial performance
  • Act as a liaison across / between the PDS Finance team and other stakeholders from Finance, Operation and Business
     

New Technologies:

  • Lead/Participate in the implementation of new systems and ensure smooth adoption by impacted stakeholders
  • Support change management
  • Document new processes and collect users feedback
     

Working Capital Management:

  • Analyze working capital metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce working capital requirements
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement working capital initiatives
     

Reporting:

  • Support various financial reporting requirement from regional and global stakeholders
  • Reconcile and maintain BI dashboards for accurate financial data
  • Create compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for financial reports, analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Design visually appealing and informative slides to effectively communicate complex financial and system process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with financial systems implementation and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement new processes
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different departments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a proven ability to create impactful presentations
  • Experience in data visualization and the ability to translate complex financial and system process information into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
  • Strong design sense and attention to detail in creating professional-quality presentations
