The Billing Trainee reports to the Account Receivables Team Lead and is responsible for supporting Billing Team in daily tasks related to invoicing, raising manual invoices / credit memos and resolving all billing issues. Specifically the trainee will be:
Raising manual invoices
Raising manual debit and credit memos
Gather supporting documentation for manual invoices, debit memos and credit memos
Work with other billers and collections specialist on billing issues
Work with order management to resolve errors / issues
We would like the new trainee to support us minimum 35 hours per week. We are flexible and happy to fit into a student's timetable.
○ Student status is a must
○ Education: Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
○ Good English
○ Good communication skills
○ Good analytical skills
○ Availability: preferable full time - 40h / week
