The Position

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to play a key leadership role in shaping the launch strategy and commercial lifecycle of Gazyva® (Obinutuzumab). You will lead core brand workstreams, define target market segmentation, drive multi-channel engagement strategies, and partner with cross-functional leadership to navigate market access and clinical positioning. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to establish Gazyva® as a foundational therapy in renal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Co-lead the development of the annual brand strategy, key messaging, and positioning for Gazyva® in nephrology indications.
• KOL & Ecosystem Management: Engage top-tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and national nephrology societies to build strategic partnerships and drive scientific advocacy.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to ensure commercial plans are aligned with clinical data and market access timelines.
• Market Intelligence & ROI: Conduct deep-dive market analyses, patient pathway mapping, and competitive tracking to optimize resource allocation and commercial ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or Marketing (MBA or Advanced Science degree preferred).
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical brand management experience, including successful product launch management.
• Demonstrated track record in Nephrology, Immunology, or specialty biologics.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Native fluency in Mandarin and excellent written and spoken English.
