Our Early Career Rotational Program in Operations is your launchpad into a leadership track career where Lean principles drive every process, decision, and innovation.
Over two years, you’ll complete three to four immersive rotations across our U.S. facilities. With each move, you’ll sharpen your skill set, expand your network, and apply Lean thinking to tackle real world challenges that make our operations smarter, faster, and more sustainable.
What You’ll Experience
Continuous Improvement, the Lean Way: Use value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and waste elimination strategies to boost efficiency and quality.
Materials Management: Apply just-in-time and pull system concepts to ensure materials are ready exactly when needed.
Operations & Production: Lead teams on the shop floor, embedding standard work and visual management to maintain world class quality.
Distribution & Fulfillment: Streamline logistics and fulfillment using Lean flow to shorten lead times and delight customers.
Supply, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP): Balance demand and capacity while minimizing excess inventory through disciplined, Lean driven planning.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
Analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement.
Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to solve problems at their root.
Willingness to relocate multiple times during the program and after completion. Potential locations include Milwaukee, WI; Ft. Wayne, IN; Tipp City, OH; Black River Falls, WI; Lincoln or Cassville, MO; McAllen, TX; Indianapolis, IN.
