Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely resolution to any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide efficient solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of production systems. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide efficient solutions. - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Document and maintain system configurations and processes. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center technologies and operations. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with ticketing systems and service management tools. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
