Analyzes needs to develop learning and development strategies that support core values, business priorities and operational goals for American Fidelity Educational Services. Directs and enhances sales division’s initiatives, projects, programs and team assignments to support learning and development of our field sales collogues and field sales management teams.
Research, develop and implement learning and development solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theories and track and measure overall effectiveness of solutions.
Consult with sales managers to determine specific training needs and develop training curriculum that match the division revenue goals and decrease any potential financial or legal risk by analyzing training technical resources (such as Learning Management System, AFEnroll, e-learning authoring tools, Challenger Sales Portal, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.) needed for AF companies and coordinate with Salesforce and Marketing teams to implement training and solutions to achieve sales goals.
