JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Function

Responsible for part of hospitals in South China to achieve or exceed sales, profit and growth target. The individual in this position should be Pursue new business at CRO companies in South China, to implement commercial promotion activity within the commercial policy, to develop and manage regional distributors, and to conduct field visit and joint call to know hospital market, build the KOL team.

Major Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed sales, profit and growth target
  • Develop and manage regional distributors, including sales achievement, territory management, quarterly evaluation, tender project etc.
  • Fully implement commercial promotion activity within the commercial policy
  • Pursue new business at CRO companies in South China
  • Plan and execute marketing program and activity, balance invest and return
  • Conduct field visit and joint call to know hospital & CRO market, build the KOL team.

Education

  • Bachelor or higher, with the degree in molecular biology or pathological study
  • Has ever received the training of time management, speak skill, sales skills, channel management and regional sales management, etc.
  • With the English level of IV or higher, and the ability of reading bibliography and product data in English

Background

  • University degree in medical, medical technology, pharmaceutical, biology, business.
  • Sales management background; at least 2 years experiences in multinational biotech company, pharmaceutical, commercial management experience is preferred
  • Familiar with local IVD market and competition, hands-on sales development skill
  • Integrity, proactive and aggressive, self-motivation, result-oriented, strong tolerance of pressure, a quick learner, willing to take challenge
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess of leadership, open consideration, helpful and caring
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Basic English is required (at least in writing)
  • Willing to travel
